TomorrowNow's CEO, Andrew Nelson, and his core team will step down as part of the management shakeup, according to SAP. Mark White, who was appointed TomorrowNow's executive chairman in July, will remain employed.
White said in a statement that the company is working to ensure that its customers see no service disruptions as a result of the resignations. TomorrowNow is a maintenance and support provider for customers of Oracle's PeopleSoft, JD Edwards and Siebel software lines.
Nelson's departure follows Oracle Corp.'s filing of a lawsuit against SAP and TomorrowNow, charging that the companies illegally hacked into Oracle's secure support Web site.
An SAP spokesman could not immediately be reached for comment Monday.
TomorrowNow CEO resigns
SAP said Monday that the CEO and other top executives of its TomorrowNow subsidiary have resigned and that the enterprise software maker may sell the business.
