Under the three year deal, Visionstream will supply remediation activities on Telstra's pit and pipe infrastructure in Victoria and Tasmania, as well as repairing and restoring assets for the fibre network installation.
The deal also involves two options for yearly renewals, potentially taking its value to the tune of $210 million.
According to a statement on the ASX, Visionstream said work would commence within days and it already had teams mobilised and ready to go.
The deal complements Visionstream's current NBN contracts to build NBN's Transit Network, Tasmanian passive fibre, new developments and the construction of the fixed wireless network.
